The United Kingdom has fifteen National Parks. Spread across Great Britain they are made up of beautiful forests, tall mountains, gorgeous coastline and rolling hills. Some Parks have quickly become my favourites and some are still waiting to be ticked off from my list. Who is &hiking?

I’m And, a designer and writer from Stafford in the UK with a huge passion for outdoor adventures. When I started my hiking adventures exploring the UK, it not only had physical benefits but it had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing too.

I try to share a very honest view of my hiking and camping trips, along with discussing some of the equipment I use, the campsites I stay at and even some recipes for hiking snacks and campsite meals.
